ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- wrong product delivered
- damaged product received
- defective item received
- size issue (eligible products only)
- manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- the product must remain unused
- original packaging must be available
- tags and accessories must be intact
- unboxing video must be available for damaged/wrong item claims
HOUSE OF GOODLUCK reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:
- used products
- damaged-after-use products
- products without original packaging
- customized products
- products damaged due to improper handling
- products returned after the eligible timeframe
Minor variations in:
- leather texture
- handcrafted finishing
- natural color tones
are part of the handmade craftsmanship process and should not be considered defects.
SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
HOUSE OF GOODLUCK may provide size exchange support for eligible products, subject to:
- stock availability
- exchange eligibility
- condition verification
Customers are encouraged to review the size guide carefully before placing orders.
Exchange shipping charges may apply in certain cases.
RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange request:
- Contact HOUSE OF GOODLUCK support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share:
- order number
- issue details
- product photographs
- unboxing video (if applicable)
- Our team will review the request.
- Approved requests will receive return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- refund approval is processed
- quality verification is completed
- refund initiation is triggered
Refund timelines:
- UPI / Wallets: 2β5 Business Days
- Bank Transfers: 5β7 Business Days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5β10 Business Days
Actual refund timing may vary depending on the customerβs bank or payment provider.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) REFUNDS
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI
- customers may be asked to share payment details securely
HOUSE OF GOODLUCK does not provide cash refunds for COD orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped:
- cancellation requests may not be accepted
- standard return policy conditions will apply
HOUSE OF GOODLUCK reserves the right to cancel suspicious or high-risk orders for security reasons.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive:

REFUND REJECTION CONDITIONS

- product is damaged after delivery
- tags are removed
- packaging is missing
- claim information is incomplete
- request is raised beyond eligible timeframe
